The list of calculation weeks
Every calculated week, newest first. Each line says how many of your cars it covers and how many of them were actually in work.
- The period, and whether the week is still open or already closed
- How many of your cars the week covers, and how many were in work
- An open week can still be edited; a closed one is a record you can read but not change
Inside a week
One row per car
Each of your cars gets a line, with the driver who drove it and every figure the week charged. The column totals are added up for you.
- VEHICLE NO. and DRIVER — the car by its fleet number and the driver of that week.
- AUTO, ZUS, APP, FUEL — what the week charges for the car.
- FUEL REFUND and BONUS — whichever you type in; Diur derives the other one.
- OTHER COSTS — itemised, so a deposit and a repair never merge into one number.
- TOTAL — the total for the car, with the formula behind it a hover away.
Your figures
What you enter yourself
While a week is open you edit your own costs on each car. Everything you change is recalculated on the spot and recorded in the change log.
- The weekly car charge, ZUS, fuel and the bonus
- Other costs as separate lines — a deposit, a repair, anything else
- One switch decides whether you type the bonus or the fuel refund — it applies to your whole fleet and stays your default
- The vehicle number, the driver and the balance are filled in for you — nothing to type there

A ledger of what each of your cars still owes: carried in, incurred this week, corrected, and the balance left. Kept up to date automatically.
A change log
Every amount that was changed, by whom and when — so a corrected week can always be explained.
