Every week you have driven
The list opens on the newest week. One line per period, so you can see at a glance which week was strong and which one was short.
- TOTAL — what the platforms paid for the week, bonus included.
- TO PAY — the same amount once the week’s own costs come off. A short week shows a minus, not a zero.
- CASH — what you already collected from passengers in cash.
- DEBT — anything still outstanding at the end of that week.

- Gross and net, VAT 8% and VAT 23%, promotions, other fees and tips
- The cash you took, deducted from what the platform owes you
- Rides, kilometres, hours and the bonus for the week
- The car the week was driven with, by its fleet number and plate
Costs
What comes off, and why
The four standing weekly costs are always shown, even when one of them is zero. Every other deduction appears as its own line, with the description it was booked under.
- Fuel, Apps, ZUS, Car — the standing weekly costs.
- One-off deductions — an advance, a repair, a fine — each one named and dated to its week.
- Nothing is hidden inside a total: if it was taken off, it is on the list.
DEBT
When a week runs short
A week that cannot cover its costs does not disappear into a zero. The difference is carried, repaid out of the weeks that follow, and shown to you until it is settled.
- The settlement lists what the week made, what was carried in and what is left
- Repayment comes out of the following weeks automatically — never more than the week can cover
- A page of its own lists what is still outstanding, week by week
